Bruce Springsteen to release first seven songs from Philadelphia concert film

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will release a preview of the first seven songs from their concert film “Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band: Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour (Philadelphia Freedom Cut)” on September 9 via streaming services, according to Consequence. The footage comes from the final show of the band’s 2026 U.S. tour at Philadelphia’s Xfinity Mobile Arena.

The preview covers the opening monologue and the songs “War” (The Temptations), “Born in the U.S.A.,” “Death to My Hometown,” “Clampdown” (The Clash), “No Surrender” and “Darkness on the Edge of Town.” Tom Morello appears on the first four. The film is directed by Chris Hilson and Thom Zimny, and the preview is dedicated to Dave Marsh.

The rest of the 27-song set will follow on three separate dates during the year, a press release said. Springsteen is also set to play Morello’s Power to the People Festival on October 3 in Columbia, Maryland.
