Judeline releases new single “La Falda” with video by Jacob Parra-Mena
Spanish singer Judeline has released the single “La Falda” together with an official video, according to Mondo Sonoro. The song deals with desire, freedom and self-expression in a direct way.
Judeline co-wrote and co-produced the track with Isaiah Beard and John Blanda. “La Falda” blends flamenco-rooted elements with contemporary production and includes a sample of French musician Yann Tiersen.
The video was directed by Jacob Parra-Mena, with Mahou also involved. It stars Judeline and Mexican actor Diego Calva, with a special appearance by Spanish actress Rossy de Palma. The visuals draw on Spanish iconography and the light and colours of Andalusia, building a contemporary look through Dior fashion.
Judeline was born in 2003 in Jerez de la Frontera and is described as an indie pop singer. Her debut album “Bodhiria” came out on 24 October 2024, passed 80 million streams and earned three Grammy nominations in 2025, according to Mondo Sonoro. Her latest EP, “Verano Saudade”, reflects on nostalgia and features five international collaborations. Last year she sold out more than 15 tour dates.
