Post Malone says his new album is almost done and shows its track titles

Post Malone told fans on Instagram on 15 October that work on his next album is nearly finished. He posted a selfie in front of a whiteboard listing song titles in colour-coded marker, apologised for the wait and promised a large batch of new songs, adding that next time it would not take three years.

According to Billboard, the tracks written in black, marking finished lyrics and vocals, include “Chrome Heartbreaker,” “Death of the Bow,” “Call You Back” and “Impossible.” Those in red, written but still needing vocals, are “Doesn't Exist,” “Memorize,” “Rescue Me,” “Parachute,” “Track Me Down” and “Soulmate.”

The album is expected to be titled “The Eternal Buzz,” and Post Malone already pushed back his Big Ass Tour with Jelly Roll by a few weeks to complete it. After several years exploring Western and country sounds, he has hinted at a return to hip-hop, sharing a snippet of a song close to the material on “beerbongs & bentleys” and “Hollywood's Bleeding,” captioned “That one mofo that don't know when to leave.”

Born in 1995 in Syracuse, Post Malone is an American singer and rapper whose work spans pop, hip-hop and country. His latest album, 2024's “F-1 Trillion,” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, his third chart-topper there.
