Royal Blood release “Dead Company”, title track of their fifth album

British rock duo Royal Blood have released the single “Dead Company”, the title track of their fifth album, according to Hard Force. The official video was published on 9 October 2026, and the song is out on Warner Records on 6 November, the outlet says.

Singer Mike Kerr says the song captures the transformative power of music, and how a single song can completely change a person's perception and mood. Hard Force describes it as built on catchy melodies and a high-energy sound.

After a period away from the spotlight, Kerr and Ben Thatcher returned to the studio in 2025, with no time pressure or distractions. Their aim was to explore what two musicians and twelve notes can do. The new album is presented as direct and uncompromising, a return to the essentials.

Royal Blood formed in Brighton in 2013. According to Hard Force, all four of their previous albums reached number one in the UK and the band have sold more than a million records. Their newest studio album, “Back to the Water Below”, came out on 1 September 2023. MusicBrainz lists the new album with a date of 13 November 2026.

According to Hard Force, the band play the Zénith in Paris on 27 February and the Bikini in Toulouse on 7 March.
