KATSEYE release WILD EP bonus track “Unloveu” digitally with a music video

KATSEYE have released “Unloveu” on digital platforms, together with a music video. The song had previously been available only as a bonus track on select CD and vinyl editions of their EP “WILD”, which appeared in August.

According to Consequence, “Unloveu” was co-written and co-produced by group member Lara Raj with Amy Allen and Ross Golan, the first time a KATSEYE member has contributed to the group’s songwriting and production. Unlike the upbeat, colourful tracks the group is best known for, it is a ballad that puts the members’ vocals at the front. The video follows suit, shot without colour and far more restrained than their earlier visuals.

The release coincides with the start of the North American leg of the “WILDWORLD TOUR”, which kicks off tonight in Miami. The arena run supports “WILD”, the group’s first EP to reach number one on the Billboard 200. KATSEYE are currently performing without Manon Bannerman and Sophia Laforteza, both of whom are on hiatus.

KATSEYE are a Los Angeles-based pop girl group.
