Sheryl Crow releases seven-track album “Pick You Up”

Sheryl Crow has released “Pick You Up”, a seven-track album issued through Old Green Barn Productions LLC, according to Billboard. It is her 13th studio album.

Crow produced the record with guitarist Jeff Trott, and it was recorded at her Old Green Barn home studio. The opening track, “Freedom Bus”, features a guest vocal by Jesse Welles and was inspired by an eighth-grade field trip to Arlington National Cemetery that she took with her son. Crow told Billboard she does not take freedom lightly.

Across her career Crow has logged 19 Billboard Hot 100 hits, four of them top 10, and 13 Billboard 200 entries, nine of them top 10. She was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2023.
