The Rolling Stones surprise-release new single “Who You Callin’ Crazy”

The Rolling Stones released the single “Who You Callin’ Crazy” on 20 October 2026 with no prior warning. The song got its first play on Vernon Kay’s BBC Radio 2 show, and Mick Jagger sent the host a voice note saying he hoped listeners would like the band’s new single.

According to Clash, the track features a saxophone solo by Courtney Pine. “Who You Callin’ Crazy” will appear on the deluxe edition of “Foreign Tongues”, titled “Foreign Tongues, Loose Lips”, due on 27 November.

“Foreign Tongues”, the band’s newest studio album, came out on 10 July 2026 according to MusicBrainz, and was largely recorded at Metropolis Studios in West London. On its release Clash called it “unquestionably a triumph”, if not a perfect record.

The Rolling Stones formed in London in 1962 and are one of Britain’s best-known rock bands, rooted in blues rock and psychedelic rock. In October mbuzz reported that saxophonist Courtney Pine said he had taken part in a new recording session with Mick Jagger for the band a couple of weeks earlier. Earlier that month the band released the video for “Mr. Charm”, starring Alexander Skarsgård.
