U2 team up with Third Man Records for limited vinyl of ‘Carnaval De Luz’

U2 have partnered with Jack White’s Third Man Records for a limited-edition vinyl of their new album, “Carnaval De Luz”, according to NME. The 12-track record, produced by Jacknife Lee, is due on November 13.

The Third Man variant is an independent record store edition and will arrive on the album’s release date. Gavin Friday handled creative direction, while Shaughn McGrath and the Third Man team did the art direction and design. The pressing comes in the label’s signature yellow and black.

The lead single is “Silencio”, which the band played at surprise shows last week, including one at their former high school in Dublin. The album also includes “Torn”, which NME says features Dolly Parton’s last recorded vocal performance. U2 also released two six-track EPs earlier this year, “Days Of Ash” and “Easter Lily”.
