Aerosmith announce two Hollywood Bowl comeback shows with all-star guests

Aerosmith have announced two shows at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on October 29 and November 1, billed as “California, Dream On: Aerosmith + Friends.” According to Loudwire and Rolling Stone, it marks the band's return to the stage after they retired from touring in 2024, when the “Peace Out” farewell tour was cut short by a vocal injury to Steven Tyler.

Guests include The Black Crowes, Run-DMC, Heart, Billy Idol, Slash, Duff McKagan, Tom Morello, Sammy Hagar, Eric Church, Jerry Cantrell and Chad Smith. Stereogum reports that Don Was will be musical director for both nights, and the guest lineup will change from one night to the next. More names are still to be announced.

Tickets go on sale October 10 at 10AM PT through the band's official website, with a Citi cardmember presale starting October 8.

Aerosmith are an American hard rock band formed in Boston in 1969. Their latest studio album, “Music From Another Dimension!”, came out in 2012.
