Deep Purple release a video for “Splat!” and a limited physical single

Deep Purple have released a new video for “Splat!”, the title track of the album they put out on 3 July 2026. On 23 October the song is also issued as a limited-edition physical single on CD and vinyl, according to WeRock.

The single will include live recordings from this year’s edition of the Montreux Jazz Festival. The Bulgarian outlet notes that the band played Bulgaria on 29 September, their eleventh visit to the country.

Deep Purple are a rock band formed in London in 1968, known for hard rock and traditional heavy metal. In October mbuzz reported that the band were playing Beogradska Arena in Belgrade on 10 October as part of their “MAD IN EUROPE” tour.
