KISS have announced “KISS: End of the Road”, a documentary that premieres on 19 November 2026 on KISSOnline, according to Consequence. The film follows the band's farewell tour, which ended on 2 December 2023, covering the challenges and emotions around their final Madison Square Garden show and what lies ahead for KISS in their digital avatar era.
Paul Stanley called the “End of The Road World Tour” the culmination of fifty years on the road and a defining moment in the band's history, saying the film shows the unseen moments of that last run. Gene Simmons described it as the “closing chapter of our touring career”, ending back in New York, where the band began.
Director DJ Viola said that getting close to the band revealed how personal it all is, and how responsible they feel toward the KISS Army. Producer Leslie Greif, who has worked in the KISS universe for 30 years, said the film captures the final 50 shows leading up to Madison Square Garden and is not a retelling of the band's story but “a time capsule”.
An exclusive sneak peek will be shown at KISS Kruise: Landlocked in Vegas, running 13-15 November. A virtual ticket to watch the film costs $16.79 on the band's website.
KISS formed in New York City in 1973 and are one of America's best-known hard rock bands. Their newest studio album is “Monster”, released in 2012, according to MusicBrainz.
