Ministry released “Hate to Go (Take Out or Delivery)”, their 17th and final studio album, on 30 October 2026, according to Consequence.

The record holds ten politically charged industrial songs in which band leader Al Jourgensen goes after the Trump administration and warns about the future of AI, among other subjects. Classic-era Ministry member Paul Barker returns on the closing track, “We're Still Here.” The album was preceded by the singles “Burned Out,” “We Hate” and “Crickets,” the last of which Consequence named its Heavy Song of the Week. It is also available on vinyl and CD.

The band is now preparing for the UK and European leg of its farewell tour, which starts in April 2027, with a North American run, not yet announced, to follow.

Ministry formed in Chicago in 1981 and released their debut album, “With Sympathy,” two years later. Over more than four decades they have mixed industrial, punk, thrash and synth-pop. In October, mbuzz reported that Al Jourgensen had said the new album would be the band's last.
