Kraftwerk announce 2027 UK shows in Halifax and Cardiff

Kraftwerk have announced two outdoor UK shows for summer 2027, according to We Rave You. The German electronic group play The Piece Hall in Halifax on 22 June and Cardiff Castle on 23 June. These are their only confirmed UK dates for next summer so far.

The Halifax show is part of the Live at The Piece Hall series, with doors at 6pm. The Cardiff date is presented by DEPOT Live with Cuffe & Taylor, with gates opening at 5pm. DEPOT Live founder Nick Saunders said securing “one of just two UK dates” would make the night memorable.

A Live Nation presale ran on 22 October, and tickets went on general sale on 23 October at 10am. Cardiff tickets are available through DEPOT Live, and Halifax tickets through Live Nation. Cardiff Castle's 2027 programme also includes Sonny Fodera on 4 June, Jack Savoretti and James Morrison on 24 June, and Slash featuring Myles Kennedy & the Conspirators on 30 June.

Kraftwerk formed in Düsseldorf in 1970 around Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider and are regarded as founders of electronic music. They received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014 and entered the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2021. Their album “Computer World” turned 45 this year. According to setlist.fm, their last concert in Romania was on 22 July 2026 at Arenele Romane in Bucharest.
